My process is shaped around your goals, audience and current challenges. You can choose to co-create your marketing strategy and activity plan with me and then implement them yourself (with my support if needed). Or I can develop and implement them for you. 

Whether you take a hands-on or hands-off approach, you’ll be all set to take your business to the next level.

How it works

We start with an introductory call so I can get a feel for your business, and we can decide if we’re the right fit for working together.

Next, we’ll have a 90-minute session, in-person or online, where we take a deep dive into your business, your marketing activity, and your goals.

From here, you can choose one of two flexible routes:

Option 1:

Over a series of sessions (usually six), we work together to develop your marketing strategy and activity plan, step by step, and agree who’ll implement each element. This hands-on process means you’re fully involved and gaining insights as we shape your marketing direction. It’s a great option if you’ve the capabilities to handle your marketing activities yourself but want my expert help in shaping the future. 

Option 2:

After our initial session (and possibly a follow-up), I’ll develop a marketing strategy and activity plan for you. I’ll then present them to you, explaining my recommendations and walking you through your personalised roadmap. If you choose, I can execute the plan with my associates and report back to you each week or month. It’s a great way to get the marketing you want and need if you don’t have the time or skills to do it yourself.

Fees

As this service is tailored specifically to your business, I’ll create a bespoke proposal for you outlining deliverables, timelines and fees.

You’ll get clarity on what works, what doesn’t and where to focus. This includes ideal customer insights, customer journey mapping, messaging review and a practical marketing plan tailored to your goals, skills and budget.

You choose. You can co-create the strategy with me over a series of sessions, or I can develop it for you and walk you through the recommendations. Both options give you a clear, personalised roadmap.

For the collaborative route, it’s usually six sessions. If you choose the hands-off option, it’s typically one or two sessions plus time for me to develop the strategy. Timelines depend on your needs and availability.

I make the process simple and easy to understand. Whether you’re new to marketing or looking for advanced support, everything is explained clearly so you feel confident, not overwhelmed.

A full audit and strategy can be between £1,650-£4,500 depending on what the product/service/business is and the requirements.
